What You’ll Be Doing Drive profitable digital growth across a leading distribution brand, helping customers seamlessly move through the purchase journey while improving conversion, retention and lifetime value.

You'll own an evidence-led optimisation program, using analytics, experimentation, customer insights and commercial data to identify opportunities, validate improvements and deliver measurable results.

- Drive digital growth strategies that improve conversion, revenue and customer outcomes




- Lead customer journey optimisation across web and mobile channels
- Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation programs
- Use analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to deliver digital initiatives
- Build business cases and measure outcomes against commercial objectives
- Support AI-driven capabilities including search, personalisation and digital discovery
- Engage and influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

- Experience in digital growth, eCommerce, digital product management or conversion optimisation
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
- Experience leading experimentation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex problems into practical solutions
- Experience within insurance, financial services, travel or another regulated industry is highly regarded.
