Role Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at My Dental Group you will be joining a growing dental network of nine clinics in NSW. In this period of growth, we are looking for a motivated person who loves all forms of digital marketing and is looking to grow their skillset and join our team. The role will be executing across multiple google ads accounts, paid meta ads accounts, organic meta content and updating content on our website.

The role will sit in the marketing team with the assistance of two external marketing agencies and an inhouse photographer/videographer. The role will provide variety week to week moving between social media, google ads and SEO work depending on the needs of the business.

● Campaign execution: Create and implement new campaigns across google ads, paid meta ads and organic meta content ensuring AHPRA advertising requirements are followed

● Analytics & Reporting: Complete reporting across channels at weekly,

fortnightly or monthly increments. Provide actionable insights to improve results.

● Campaign management:



Optimise campaigns as required and suggest changes across digital marketing campaigns

● Content optimisation: Work with internal and external teams to optimise content across paid ads, organic content and the websites.

● Cross function cooperation: Work across the marketing team, internal and external stakeholders to complete tasks. This can include visiting clinics.

● Continual Career development: Follow digital marketing trends, keep up to date with changes in the digital marketing landscape. Ensure we are following best practice in our digital marketing efforts to drive better results.

Required Skills

● Google Ads experience 3 years in a similar role

● Experience creating new Google Ads Accounts

● Experience managing existing Google Ads Accounts

● Google software suite experience e.g Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

● Paid Meta Ads experience 3 years in a similar role

● Experience planning and managing Meta Ad content

● Experience planning and managing organic Meta content

● Strong data analytics skills and techniques

● Strong data management and excel skills in reporting data and interpreting that data into actionable outcomes

Preferred Skills

● Experience creating organic social media content

● On-Page and Off-Page SEO experience

● SEMrush experience

● WordPress experience
