About the role

Livewell Care Services is an innovative NDIS provider seeking dedicated support workers to provide support for clients with physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. You will be working independently and also in a team with the flexibility to work across a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends. Shift length is generally 8 hrs and flexible.

Key responsibilities

- Personal care

- Domestic chores

- Documentation

- Community access

- Available for mornings, afternoon and night shifts

- Other duties as required for client

- Implement positive behaviour support plans

About you

- Being friendly and patient with people living with disability

- Professional attitude and willing to learn and be committed to continuous personal development

- Competent writing, comprehension, and verbal skills

- Confident use of hoist and mobility aids

- Proficient computer skills, with easy access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone





- Ability to follow instructions and work within the limitations of the position

- Ability to work independently

- Either have or willing to obtain a Certificate III in Disability

- Current Queensland driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Current blue card and yellow card (or NDIS Worker Screening)

- First Aid and CPR

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module

- Mental health experience: 1 year (Preferred)

- High School (Year 12) (Preferred)
