We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dispensary Technician to join our growing pharmacy team.

About the Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our pharmacists and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist pharmacists with prescription dispensing

- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently

- Manage patient orders and enquiries

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Assist with stock control and inventory management

- Support the smooth operation of the dispensary

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and regulatory requirements

- Work collaboratively with the wider pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient service

About You

You are a motivated and reliable qualified who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency and customer service.

Essential Criteria:





- Previous experience in a pharmacy environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Reliable, punctual and well organised

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Professional and positive attitude

Highly Regarded:

- Previous dispensary experience

- Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy

- Experience with Minfos, Fred or similar dispensing software

- Experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment
