Drill & Blast Engineer
Redpath Australia is seeking a motivated and proactive Drill & Blast Engineer to join our team at Cowal Gold Operations.
Working closely with underground operations personnel, supervisors and technical teams, you will be responsible for the planning, design, monitoring and optimisation of underground drilling and blasting activities to achieve safe, productive and cost-effective mining outcomes.
This is a hands-on site-based role where you'll spend time underground building relationships with crews, understanding operational challenges and developing practical solutions that contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This position operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster, offering the prospect to work on a leading underground gold mining operation while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
