Anycool Refrigeration is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cool Room Builder/Assistant to join our team on a full time basis. Anycool, based in Riverwood, NSW is a booming Industry Leader in coolroom design & construction, established in 1986.

This role is crucial to our operations as you will be instrumental in constructing, assembling, and installing cool room structures for our diverse client base. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in the building trades. As a hands‑on role, you will work on-site and in our workshop, contributing directly to the quality and timely delivery of our projects.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the construction and assembly of cool room structures, including panels, frames, and insulation

Prepare work sites and gather necessary materials and tools required for each project

Perform cutting, drilling, and fitting tasks under the guidance of experienced team members

Maintain a clean and organised workshop and site environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Support senior coolroom builders in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites as required

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

What we're looking for

A genuine interest in the building trades and refrigeration industry with a willingness to learn

Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely

Good hand-eye coordination and practical problem-solving skills





Strong work ethic and reliability with excellent timekeeping

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Valid driver's licence

Experience working within the construction industry is essential. Previous experience in construction of Cool Rooms and associated repairs & maintenance is highly desirable.
