About the Opportunity
n Advance Thinking is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of our key enterprise clients and lead the delivery of a significant business and technology transformation initiative.
n This is a highly visible role focused on enhancing an existing financial product, with delivery spanning enterprise systems, customer-facing platforms, reporting, business processes and organisational change.
n You'll work across multiple business and technology teams, bringing structure, coordination and delivery discipline to a complex project with competing priorities and dependencies.
n While the initial focus will be on this initiative, there is potential to take ownership of additional projects during 2027.

The Role
n You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, coordinating technical and business workstreams, and ensuring successful implementation and business adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead projects from initiation and planning through to implementation and operational transition.
n
- Coordinate delivery across SAP, digital platforms, reporting and customer-facing systems.
n
- Establish and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID registers and governance artefacts.
n
- Manage dependencies, risks, issues and priorities across multiple delivery teams.
n
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and external partners.
n
- Lead project governance, including steering committees, executive reporting and financial tracking.
n
- Manage project scope, change requests and delivery milestones.
n
- Coordinate business change, communications, training and adoption activities.
n
- Facilitate decision-making,



remove delivery blockers and maintain project momentum.
n
- Ensure technical delivery remains aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
n
- Manage implementation readiness, transition activities and project closure.
n

What We're Looking For n
n
n We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently operate across complex enterprise environments and bring together diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes. n
n
n Ideally, you'll bring: n
n

n
- 8+ years' Project Management experience, delivering medium to large-scale initiatives.
n
- Strong experience managing projects spanning business and technology workstreams.
n
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and external delivery partners.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
n
- Strong project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance capability.
n
- Experience working across Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, with strong structured delivery discipline.
n
- Experience coordinating business change, communications, training and implementation activities.
n
- Confidence engaging with senior business, executive and technology stakeholders.
n
- Robust working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and Excel.
n




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n

Experience with SAP or other large enterprise platforms would be advantageous. n
n
n Exposure to financial products, billing, payments, pricing, customer statements, rebates or related business processes would also be highly regarded. n
n
n Formal Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 would be beneficial. n
n
