We are looking for experienced DPI Drillers to join our growing team on established projects across Western Australia’s Mid West.

The opportunity:

- Multiple ongoing contracts providing long-term project continuity

- 2:1 or 2:2 rosters available

- FIFO from Perth, WA

About the Role

Reporting to the Drill Supervisor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Operating drill rig to achieve drilling targets and meet client specifications.

- Maintaining MM Drilling’s high standards of safety and complying with all site procedures, policies and requirements.

- Completing pre-start inspections and ensuring the rig is maintained in a clean, safe and serviceable condition.

- Identifying, reporting and addressing equipment faults in accordance with site procedures.





- Working efficiently to achieve consistent drill metres, maximise rig utilisation and manage consumable usage.

- Completing accurate and timely drill reports, pre-start documentation and other required records.

- Working cooperatively with supervisors, colleagues and client personnel to support safe and productive site operations.

- Conducting all work with respect for the environment, personnel and equipment.

Experience and Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience operating DPI1500 drill rigs.

- Previous experience in the mining industry, preferably in production or blast hole drilling.

- A strong commitment to safe work practices and compliance with site procedures.

- A positive attitude, reliable work ethic and a focus on achieving production targets.

- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.

- A current National Police Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

- A current full manual C-class driver's licence.

- The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
