Our newly built service in Dubbo, NSW delivers a high-quality play-based learning program supported by literacy, numeracy, music, yoga, meditation, arts, technology, sensory experiences and intentional teaching.

We are seeking a passionate, creative and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team.

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in planning, implementing and evaluating a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and supporting each child's individual development, learning and wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with educators, children, families and centre leadership and contribute to a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality early childhood educational programs.
- Develop curriculum and learning experiences based on children's interests, strengths, abilities and individual needs.
- Support children's language, literacy, numeracy, physical, social and emotional development.
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and development.
- Implement the Early Years Learning Framework through intentional teaching and play-based learning.
- Create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Establish positive and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Communicate children's learning,



development and wellbeing with families and educators.
- Support transition-to-school planning and kindergarten programs.
- Participate in reflective practice and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support educators to strengthen educational practice.
- Contribute to National Quality Standard and National Quality Framework requirements.
- Maintain strong child protection, inclusion, health, safety and wellbeing practices.

You will possess the following attributes:

- ACECQA-approved early childhood teaching qualification, or an equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
- Minimum 1 year relevant early childhood teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standard and National Quality Framework.
- Understanding of child protection legislation and child-safe practices.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, document and evaluate educational programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or eligibility to obtain one.
- Current approved First Aid qualification including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management.
- Current NESA teacher accreditation,



or eligibility to obtain/maintain the required accreditation for employment in an approved NSW centre-based early childhood service.

Schedule: 8-hour shift Hours: 38 hours per week, Full-time
