Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Super Uncapped Commission

OTE: $120,000

The Opportunity

Unlike many sales roles, you won’t be cold calling.

You’ll work with a steady stream of inbound enquiries from customers who are already interested in what we offer. Your role is to build rapport, understand their needs, present solutions and confidently convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

This is a consultative sales role where your ability to connect with people, create confidence and close the sale will determine your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Managing inbound sales enquiries from prospective clients.

· Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

· Preparing tailored proposals and following up opportunities.

· Confidently negotiating and closing sales.

· Achieving and exceeding sales targets.





· Working collaboratively with a supportive and successful sales team.

About You

We’re far more interested in your sales ability than your industry background.

You may come from retail, automotive, travel, real estate, telecommunications, professional services or any other sales environment.

What’s On Offer

· Base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 Super.

· Attractive commission structure with average earnings of approximately $48,000 per year on top of your salary. While commissions are performance-based and not guaranteed, this reflects what our current sales team is achieving.
