Facility Manager

Temporary (Contract)Permanent Melbourne MetroRegional VIC Overall operation and management of aged care facility. Senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead all staff
- Manage facility budget, occupancy, revenue
- Drive quality improvement, risk management, WHS




- Build relationships with residents, families, community
- Lead accreditation
- Oversee HR functions
- Report to senior leadership
- Represent facility externally

Requirements

- Min 3 years Facility/General Manager or DON experience
- Comprehensive aged care regulatory knowledge
- Multidisciplinary team leadership
- Strong financial management
- Accreditation/compliance experience
- Excellent communication
- Aged care management systems proficiency
- National Police Check
- Valid working rights

Desirable

- Clinical background (AHPRA RN preferred but not essential)
- Post-grad in health admin/business
- Capital works/facility experience
- Support at Home Program knowledge

Clinical or non-clinical backgrounds considered.
