Make a Difference in Aboriginal Family Health/n Puntukurnu Aboriginal Medical Service (PAMS) is seeking an experienced and passionate Family & Maternal Health Manager to lead the delivery of family and maternal health services across the Martu communities of Newman, Jigalong, Parnngurr, Punmu and Kunawarritji. About the Role/n Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of family and maternal health programs while ensuring services remain culturally safe, community-focused and aligned with organizational objectives. /n /n Key responsibilities include: /n /n

- Leading, mentoring and supporting the Family Health team across multiple locations.

/n

- Managing family and maternal health programs and projects.

/n

- Ensuring program KPIs, reporting obligations and funding requirements are met.

/n

- Building strong relationships with community members, stakeholders and partner organisations.

/n

- Managing program budgets, resources and operational performance.

/n

- Supporting the development and implementation of evidence-based health initiatives.

/n

- Providing clinical support and maternal health services where required.

/n





- Promoting culturally appropriate family, maternal and child health programs.

/n About You/n /n

- Relevant qualifications in Nursing, Midwifery, Health Management, Community Development or a related field.

/n

- Proven leadership and team management experience.

/n

- Strong project, stakeholder and program management skills.

/n

- Understanding of Aboriginal health and community-controlled health services.

/n

- Current Driver’s License and willingness to travel to remote communities

/n What We Offer/n /n

- Salary: $136,145.80 – $164,823.11 per annum (excluding superannuation)
