Australian fashion brand looking for a commercially driven eCommerce & Paid Ads Specialist to take ownership of online sales performance and drive revenue.

With an established brand, eCommerce infrastructure and inventory , this is an exciting opportunity for someone who knows how to turn digital advertising into real revenue.

You'll have full autonomy to develop and execute the digital growth strategy, working alongside a content specialist who will support creative production.

This is a results-focused opportunity with a competitive contract rate, monthly performance-based bonuses and the potential to expand your role as the business grows.

What You'll Own

- Paid Advertising: End-to-end ownership of Meta and Google Ads, including strategy, campaign setup, optimisation, scaling and performance.
- eCommerce Performance: Drive traffic, conversions, revenue and profitable stock sell-through through our Shopify store.
- Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through promotions, product selection, retargeting and customer acquisition.
- Creative Direction: Work with our content specialist to identify winning creatives, develop new ad angles and continuously test performance.
- Conversion Optimisation: Analyse website performance, customer behaviour and conversion funnels to improve sales.
- Performance Reporting: Track key commercial metrics, including ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, advertising spend and revenue.
- CRM (Bonus): Experience with Klaviyo, email marketing and customer retention would be highly regarded but is not essential.

About you
- 5+ years' hands-on experience managing Meta Ads,



ideally within women's fashion or fast-moving eCommerce brands.
- Proven track record of generating profitable sales and scaling paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong Google Ads experience, particularly Shopping and Performance Max.
- Commercially minded — you understand that the objective is revenue, profitability and stock sell-through , not just traffic and impressions.
- Confident working with Shopify, GA4 and performance dashboards.
- Experience developing promotional and clearance strategies to move inventory efficiently.
- Highly proactive, analytical and comfortable making decisions independently.
- Someone who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership of results and doesn't need to be micromanaged.
