About the role

We are currently recruiting for multiple clients and looking for Accounting professionals. These positions offer the chance to contribute to key financial operations while developing your career within supportive and professional environments.

Key responsibilities

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and within specified timeframes.

- Prepare, maintain and reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and general record accounts.

- Generate invoices, process payments and manage outstanding accounts.

- Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related administration activities.

- Prepare journals, accruals and month-end reconciliations.

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across financial systems.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasting information.

- Support audit activities and compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures.

Skills & experience

- Proven experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or similar finance-focused role.

- Strong understanding of financial administration principles and accounting processes.





- Experience using accounting software and financial management systems.

- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
