Grain Protect is seeking an experienced and motivated Fumigation / Pest Control Technician to work in our Wagga Wagga branch. About the Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for serivcing clients in the region and assisting with the day to day operations of the branch.

No two days are the same. One day you may be meeting with growers and planning service work, and the next you'll be coordinating logistics, managing inventory, or assisting the team with operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, grain storage operators, and commercial customers

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate grain protection solutions





- Coordinate product supply, transport arrangements, inventory, and service schedules

- Work with branch staff and support a positive, productive team culture

- Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure effective service delivery

- Conduct field-based operations and customer support when required

- Contribute to branch growth through outstanding customer service and business development

What We're Looking For

- Minimum of 1-2 years of grain handling or pest control experience preferred

- Current Australian driver's licence

- Valid Australian car licence (C class) required

- Strong communication and customer relationship skills

- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Practical and solutions-focused approach to problem solving

- Experience within agriculture, agribusiness, logistics, rural services, or a related industry will be highly regarded

- Confidence working across both administrative and operational aspects of a business

- Australian permanent residency required for this position
