North Coast Plant Hire is a reputable, family-owned business looking for an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our crew.

Long-term work available and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we’re offering an chance to build a lasting future with a smaller company where you’re a valued part of the team. We value our operators, welcome their input and take pride in working together.

You’ll operate late-model CAT and John Deere graders equipped with Trimble GPS/UTS, working a 2:1 roster, with flexibility available by arrangement.

What we’re looking for

- Proven final trim grader experience, ideally a minimum of three years.
- Strong Trimble GPS/UTS skills, including the ability to set up a total station.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to trim to tight tolerances.
- A commitment to safe work practices and looking after your equipment.
- A reliable,



dedicated operator who takes pride in their work and contributes to the team.
- Relevant plant operation tickets, a White Card and a valid driver’s licence.
- A police check and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
