This opportunity suits a recent accounting or commerce graduate, or a final-year student who can work at least four days per week. Our accessible Maitland location offers straightforward connections from Newcastle and surrounding areas, free street parking and less time spent on a CBD commute.

About You

You have recently completed an accounting or commerce degree, or you are in your final year and available to work at least four days per week. You are ready to apply what you have learned and build a strong foundation for your accounting career.

You are curious, organised and comfortable learning new systems. You bring strong attention to detail, communicate clearly and ask questions when you need guidance. Most importantly, you are keen to learn about self managed super, contribute and grow.

What You’ll Learn and Do

As a Graduate Accountant, you will start with the fundamentals, completing data entry and processing tasks as you learn our systems, processes and approach.

Working closely with experienced accountants, you will review financial information and prepare business activity statements while developing your technical skills.

As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will work with partners, regulators and clients .

You will receive structured in-house training,



regular feedback and day-to-day support to help you take ownership of your development.

With a defined pathway from Graduate to Associate to Accountant, you can build a long-term career in an award-winning national business.
