The Opportunity

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a predictable and measurable demand generation engine that delivers qualified opportunities to our sales team.

You'll

- Own the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan

- Lead and mentor our Content & Lead Generation Specialist

- Build and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, SEO, events and webinars

- Manage HubSpot as the single source of truth for marketing performance

- Develop content strategies that position Solutions IT as a trusted market leader

- Work closely with sales and leadership to drive pipeline growth

- Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that help guide business decisions

- Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, sponsorships and events

- Most importantly, you'll have the autonomy to make things happen.

About You

You'll likely bring

- 5 years' experience in B2B marketing





- Proven success generating qualified pipeline and opportunities

- Experience running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and digital campaigns

- Commercial thinking and a data-driven mindset

- Strong communication and leadership skills
- The confidence to own outcomes, not just activities

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in marketing managed services, technology, cyber security, SaaS, or professional services

- Account-based marketing experience

- Understanding of AI-driven search and content optimisation
