/n Weddings | Travel | Events | Luxury Experiences /n We're looking for a commercially minded, highly organised and personable individual to join Wedded Wonderland's growing team. /n This is a client-facing role combining sales, customer experience, bookings, coordination and relationship management across weddings, celebrations, travel and luxury experiences.

- Key responsibilities/n

/n /n

- Client Enquiries. Respond to inbound enquiries via phone, email, website and social media. Understand client needs, budgets and timelines. /n
- Sales & Conversion. Present relevant services, packages and experiences. Follow up with leads, overcome objections and convert enquiries into bookings. /n
- Client Experience. Build relationships, provide personalised recommendations and deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey. /n
- Bookings & Coordination. Coordinate consultations, appointments, venue enquiries, supplier availability, proposals and booking requirements. /n
- Weddings & Events. Assist clients exploring wedding venues, event suppliers, destination celebrations and curated packages. /n
- Travel & Experiences. Support enquiries relating to honeymoons, luxury accommodation, destination weddings and group experiences. /n
- Partner Relationships. Liaise with hotels, venues, travel partners, suppliers and experience providers. /n
- CRM & Administration. Maintain client records, track enquiries, manage follow-ups and keep the sales pipeline updated. /n
- Events & Activations. Represent the business at showcases, events, exhibitions and client-facing activations when required. /n 2. Who we're looking for/n

- Comfortable working with CRM systems, email and digital platforms. /n
- Skilled presentation and a customer-first mindset. /n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment. /n /n Wedding or travel industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- What a typical day looks like/n

/n /n

- Morning. Review current enquiries, prioritise leads and follow up on outstanding opportunities. /n
- Mid-morning. Conduct client discovery calls, understand requirements and recommend services. /n
- Midday. Liaise with venues, hotels and suppliers; request availability, pricing and proposals. /n
- Afternoon. Present packages, coordinate consultations and progress clients towards bookings. /n
- End of day. Update CRM records, confirm next steps, review pipeline and prepare priority follow-ups. /n 4. Performance expectations/n

- Speed and quality of responses to client enquiries. /n
- Number of qualified consultations booked. /n
- Conversion of enquiries into paying clients and confirmed bookings. /n
