Melbourne Star is looking for enthusiastic, customer focused Guest Experience Team Members to help make every visit one to remember.

This is a diverse, hands on role where you could be welcoming guests, preparing coffees, selling tickets and souvenirs, or helping guests board the wheel. You’ll have the opportunity to learn different areas of the attraction and work with a team that puts guest experience and safety first.

Depending on your allocated duties and training, you will:

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
- Sell and scan admission tickets, assist with bookings and respond to guest enquiries.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and light meals.
- Promote and sell souvenir photos and retail merchandise.
- Process cash and EFTPOS transactions using POS systems.
- Safely load and unload guests from observation cabins.
- Complete daily operational and safety checks and monitor the attraction during operation.
- Follow safety procedures and assist with emergency procedures as trained.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
