Home to 509 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites, award-winning dining experiences and breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour, we are committed to delivering exceptional hospitality through every detail of the guest experience.

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Guest Service Agents to join our Front Office team, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Your Day to Day – Inspire Incredible

As part of our Front Office team, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a warm and memorable welcome from arrival through to departure.

As a key point of contact for our guests, you will:





- Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

- Respond to guest enquiries in person and over the phone, providing attentive and personalised service.

- Anticipate guest needs and resolve requests or concerns with professionalism and care.

- Maintain accurate guest information and reservations, ensuring attention to detail across Front Office procedures.

- Work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate requests and deliver a seamless guest experience.

- Represent the InterContinental brand through your presentation, communication and commitment to exceptional service.

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. Your ability to build genuine connections, remain composed under pressure and take pride in the finer details will help create experiences our guests remember.

What You Will Bring

You will be a personable and guest-focused individual with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

You will also have

- Previous experience in Front Office, reception or guest relations; luxury hotel experience will be highly regarded.

- A natural ability to deliver warm,



welcoming and personalised guest service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and remain professional in a quick-paced environment.

- A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with colleagues across the hotel.

- A valid driver's licence will be advantageous but is not essential.

- Full Australian working rights.
