About the role The Brooklet is a luxury hotel of seven architectural villas on 125 acres near Bangalow. This is a permanent part-time position of 30–56 hours per fortnight. You will be the face of the estate, from a guest's first enquiry through to their departure.

Key responsibilities

- Greet each guest personally and make every arrival and departure feel effortless

- Anticipate needs before they're voiced, from a dinner reservation to a quiet celebration

- Deliver considered bar service, whether it's a welcome drink or an evening glass on the deck

- Share your knowledge of the hinterland, its best tables, walks and villages

- Manage reservations and guest accounts in Mews with care and precision

- Work closely with housekeeping and grounds so every villa is ready for the person arriving

About you

- Luxury hospitality or guest services experience
- A sharp eye for detail and a calm, warm manner





- Availability for weekday afternoon and evening shifts, plus weekends on a rotating morning and afternoon/evening roster, with openness to picking up more hours as the role grows
- A NSW RSA, or willingness to get one

- Your own transport

- Being tech-savvy is a bonus
