Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Gladesville

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Gladesville. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

The role

Coach each client one-to-one. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Follow our coaching and admin systems.

Availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)




- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start. To apply, submit your CV. Questions about the role are welcome.
