We’re looking for a Head Barber for our Strand Arcade store.

You’ll still be cutting a full column every day. You’ll also be the person the team looks to for how things are done: the standard of the cut, how clients are greeted, and how the shop feels at 4pm on a Friday.

The store already has a excellent reputation. We need someone to look after it and push it further.

What you’ll do

- Cut a full client column
- Train and mentor the junior barbers, and run onboarding for new starters
- Set the standard for the client experience, from consultation to finish
- Coach the team on product and lift retail sales
- Help with our social content (@natureofahabit)
- Have a say in who we hire

What you’ll need

- At least 3 years behind the chair,



confident with classic and contemporary cuts
- Experience training other barbers, or a real desire to
- Comfortable on camera
- Razor shaving is a bonus

- $90-95k base plus a bonus tied to team and retail results
