About the role

Consortia Services is seeking an experienced, versatile and driven professional to lead our Perth housekeeping operations. This role goes beyond traditional housekeeping supervision — we're looking for someone who can bring skills from adjacent areas such as technology/systems, human resources, or WHS to help modernise and grow our operations, not just maintain them. You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of housekeeping — rosters, inspections, standards, supplies — while also playing a key part in improving how we operate: introducing better systems and tools, strengthening our people processes, and ensuring WHS compliance is built into everything we do. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the direction of the business, not just execute against it.

Experience with luxury hospitality standards, LQA and BSA will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team.
- Allocate daily cleaning duties and manage staff rosters to optimise efficiency, productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and common areas are cleaned to a consistently high standard.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality-control checks.
- Develop and maintain cleaning procedures, checklists and standards.
- Manage linen, towels, cleaning products and other housekeeping supplies; maintain stock levels and coordinate purchasing.
- Assist with hands-on cleaning when required, particularly during busy periods.




- Maintain valuable relationships with clients, and assist the Sales Manager with business development opportunities.
- Prepare and manage budgets while maintaining service quality.
- Train and onboard new housekeeping staff.

About you

- 3+ years' experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar; knowledge of BSA and LQA standards highly regarded.
- Versatile skill set — certifications or hands-on experience in one or more of technology/systems, HR, or WHS will be highly valued alongside your housekeeping background.
- Strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience supervising and training staff.
- High standards of cleanliness and presentation, with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute ideas that help the business grow and improve.
- Valuable communication skills, and a professional, reliable and trustworthy manner.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- First Aid certification (desirable).
