The opportunity

Working closely with company leadership and our established team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across:

- Overseeing the planning, coordination and delivery of commercial plumbing, hydraulic and civil infrastructure projects.
- Supporting operational performance, resource allocation, scheduling and project profitability.
- Leading and developing site teams, supervisors and apprentices.
- Managing client relationships with builders, developers, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Contributing to estimating, tendering, procurement and securing recent project opportunities.
- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality, productivity and project delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency.
- Playing an important role in the continued growth and direction of the business.

About you The right attitude and leadership qualities are just as important to us as your technical experience. Ideally, you'll bring:

- A strong background in commercial plumbing, hydraulic construction and/or civil water and sewer infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing people, projects and competing operational priorities.
- Sound commercial understanding of project costs, labour, procurement and profitability.
- The ability to communicate confidently with clients, subcontractors and your team.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to make decisions.
- Strong organisational skills and a genuine sense of accountability.
- A collaborative leadership style,



with the ability to earn respect and bring people together.
- A commitment to quality workmanship, safety and delivering on your word.

Experience in senior project management, construction management or plumbing operations would be highly regarded. You don't necessarily need to have held an Operations Manager title before. If you've developed the skills, industry knowledge and leadership capability, we'd welcome a conversation.
