EPL is a highly successful and growing International Freight Forwarding company headquartered in Sydney. We are now looking for a vibrant, and hands on, Import Sea Operator to join our expanding team.
This person will be responsible for handling customers sea operations and customer service.
Required tasks include
- liaising with clients, carriers, transport operators, and agents
- coordinating customer requests
- registering and tracing shipments
- using CargoWise software
- managing documentation
- providing a high-level of customer service at all times
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry and possess attention to detail with excellent written & verbal communication skills (in English).
This role is only available for individuals who have permanent work rights in Australia.
