Intermediate / Advanced Riggers – WA Based Project

Polaris Engineering delivers high-quality engineering and construction solutions, specialising in heavy fabrication and surface treatment services including structural steel, plate work, pipework, and rotatable maintenance services. Our clients include major companies across the industrial, mining resources, and construction sectors. Due to a strong pipeline of long-term projects, we are seeking experienced Intermediate Riggers to join our team for ongoing site-based roles across WA.

About the Role

We are looking for reliable, safety-focused personnel who are seeking consistent, long-term work and are willing to contribute across multiple areas on site.

Intermediate & Advanced Riggers

- Perform rigging duties across structural and mechanical installations.
- Execute lifts safely, including complex and non-routine lifts.
- Work collaboratively with crane operators, supervisors, and trades.
- Assist with general site tasks when required.

(Minimum Intermediate Rigging – Basic will not be considered)

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 5 years site-based experience in mining.
- Structural & Mechanical rigging experience.
- Site plant rebuilds or refurbishment experience.
- Experience rigging via EWP.
- Current Construction White Card.




- Working at Heights (within 2 years).
- National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
- Current Driver’s License.
- High Risk Work License: WP, RI, RA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening.
- Available for immediate or short-notice start.

Highly Regarded

- Additional tickets (Dogging, Forklift, HR License, Confined Space, etc.).
