Public Sector People (PSP) is currently looking to speak to a Service Desk Support Officer who would be interested in a 3 month contract within a sydney based local government organisation.n

- Experienced in Level 1 & 2 service desk support.
n

Do you have:n
n

n
- Experience in providing IT support, including both phone and deskside services.
n
- Experience working in in local government.
n
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships.
n
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Network/OS and Office applications.
n
- Unrestricted driver's license (C Class)



and the ability to travel across work sites.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
n
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous learning.
n
