This is a full-time role for a salesperson to join the team at GYMPIE 4X4 ACCESSORIES in Gympie, QLD 4570. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales of Australia's Premium 4x4 branded ARB 4x4 Accessories.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products to meet their needs
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their requirements and recommending suitable solutions
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the company's product range, including features and benefits
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring the sales floor is well-presented and well-stocked at all times
- Contributing to the achievement of sales targets
- Providing excellent post-sales customer support

What we're looking for

- Minimum 12 months experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or outdoor equipment industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs to the right solutions




- Numeracy skills and the ability to process sales transactions accurately
- A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
