Sydney Appliance Service is looking for a motivated and organised Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support our team of warehouse staff and appliance technicians.

This role suits someone who’s hands‑on, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, enjoys problem‑solving, and thrives as part of a small, close‑knit team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the overall day to day coordination of the warehouse — ensuring appliance parts and stock are accurately managed, efficiently organised, and ready for our technicians and customers each day.

The role is active and practical, involving extended standing and walking regular movements through warehouse and manual handling parts when required.

- Managing all incoming and outgoing appliance parts and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and updating records




- Pick prepare and allocate parts daily for technician runs
- Coordinating van loading, deliveries, and returns
- Monitoring stock reports, credits, and supplier orders support warehouse.

What We’re Looking For

- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in warehouse operations or logistics
- Confident using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools for reports and stock control
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Current driver’s licence
- Experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
