About the role:

We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy person who is eager to learn and grow their administration skills. Previous office experience is welcome, but it’s not essential—we’re more interested in your positive attitude and willingness to learn. On offer is a diverse and interesting role that includes but is not limited to:

- Prepare and format client correspondence and documents

- Learn the basics of ASIC and corporate administration while assisting the team

- Help keep client records and databases accurate and up to date

- Support enquiries to the ATO and other government bodies





- Provide general administrative support across the team

- Assist with projects including review and implementation of new software/processes

- Welcome clients, answer phones and reception duties

- Take on new tasks as your skills and confidence grow

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support as you settle into the role. Along the way, you’ll learn to use various software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite, XPM, FYI Docs and NowInfinity.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good attention to detail and an organised approach
- A willingness to learn recent programs, systems and processes
- A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a supportive team
