Junior Project Manager – Landscaping

We’re a multi-award-winning landscaping and maintenance business based in Wantirna, looking for a reliable and motivated Junior Project Manager with landscaping experience to join our team. This is a great prospect for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to build their project management and estimating skills while working alongside our Senior Project Manager.

About the role

You’ll assist the Senior Project Manager with the planning, coordination and delivery of landscaping projects, helping keep jobs organised and running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting with project scheduling, materials ordering and coordination of site teams and subcontractors.

- Helping prepare estimates and quotes, including reviewing plans, measuring quantities and obtaining supplier pricing.

- Maintaining project records and completing day-to-day administration.

- Communicating with clients,



suppliers and site teams.

- Supporting quality workmanship and safe work practices.

About you

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Experience in landscaping and a practical understanding of how landscape projects are delivered.

- Confidence using computers, including email, spreadsheets and general office software.

- A reliable work ethic, good time management and attention to detail.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Previous estimating or project coordination experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
