About the role

Join Four Points by Sheraton as a Kitchen Steward, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the kitchen, stewarding and back-of-house areas. You will operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitised to brand standards, while supporting the kitchen team and ensuring all kitchen equipment, workstations and storage areas are kept clean, protected and well maintained.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the kitchen, stewarding and back-of-house areas
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitised to brand standards
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation and handling tasks as required
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, workstations and storage areas are kept clean, safe and well maintained
- Transport kitchen equipment, dishes and supplies efficiently throughout the hotel
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Assist in maintaining stock of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or equipment concerns
- Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences

About you

- Previous experience in a kitchen stewarding, kitchen hand or hospitality support role is advantageous but not essential
- Passion for hospitality and delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety practices




- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual handling tasks
- Reliable, organised and able to follow procedures
