About the role

Ironbark Grounds Maintenance is entering an exciting new phase of growth. We’re expanding into landscaping, fencing and construction, taking on bigger projects and building a team that can grow with us. We’re hiring both Leading Hands and Team Members.

Key Responsibilities

- Constructing high-quality landscape and fencing projects

- Installing retaining walls, paving, irrigation, turf and gardens

- Building timber, Colorbond and feature fencing

- Operating a range of landscaping equipment and machinery

Projects you'll work on

Our work includes

- Residential landscapes and commercial developments

- Schools, shopping centres, parks and playgrounds

- Retaining walls and paving

- Timber, Colorbond and feature fencing

- Irrigation systems

- Natural and artificial turf

- Garden construction and feature landscapes

What you'll bring

- Experience in landscaping, fencing or construction
- A positive, reliable, can-do attitude

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

- Valid Australian Driver’s License




- A Blue Card and Australian Police Check (or willingness to obtain them)

Highly regarded

- Certificate III or IV in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or a related trade

- Experience building retaining walls, paving or fencing

- Skid steer or excavator tickets

- Chemical application accreditation

- Grounds maintenance experience
