This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on the tools, running your sites and setting the standard for your crew.
About the business An established, family-run landscape design and construction company with around 45 staff, more than 10 years of quality builds, and work featured on national TV. The Director personally mentors his team, which is why people stay.
The role
- Run 1–3 residential sites, with projects typically lasting 2–6 weeks
- Lead and allocate work to a crew of 2–5
- Do hard and soft landscaping, read plans and set out jobs
- Organise materials,
suppliers and subcontractors
- Keep jobs on track and homeowners happy
- Report to an experienced Project Manager

What you’ll need
- 2+ years in landscape construction
- Experience leading a crew or supervising on site
- Strong hard and soft landscaping skills
- Ability to read plans and set out accurately
- Current White Card and full driver licence
A Certificate III in Landscape Construction, or experience with scheduling tools, is a bonus. Interested?
