We're a friendly, close-knit team looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join us as an Assistant Property Manager— a role that is all about learning, growing, and becoming a key part of our business.

What you'll be doing

You'll start by

joining a dedicated team led by one of our trusted and knowledigble team leaders. You'll receive full on-the-job training as you build skills in property management, and once licensed your tasks will include:

- Liaising with renters and landlords
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Handling tenancy documentation
- Conducting inspections and reference checks




- Managing enquiries and supporting day-to-day operations across an extensive portfolio

As your experience grows, you'll work towards gaining the necessary licensing to take on full property management responsibilities.

What we're looking for

- A confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
- Someone well-presented, reliable, and eager to learn
- A proactive team player who takes pride in their work
- A valid driver's licence, reliable car, and a clear police check
- A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is an advantage
