We are looking for a confident and proactive Leasing Consultant to become a key part of our growing team, strengthen the Define Property Management Specialist brand across the Sunshine Coast and develop into a leading market expert within the local rental industry.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust with prospective tenants, landlords and the wider community.
Beyond coordinating inspections and leasing properties, you will play an important role in representing our brand through client engagement, presentation, marketing initiatives and social media content that showcases our properties, people and service experience.
Your responsibilities will include
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Managing and responding to rental enquiries
- Assisting prospective tenants with their property search
- Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation
- Communicating with landlords throughout the leasing process
- Preparing rental market analysis for recent and existing leasing opportunities
- Promoting available properties across online and social platforms
- Helping create engaging content that strengthens the Define Property Management Specialist brand
- Delivering a professional,
consistent and high-level client experience

- Well-presented with a professional and approachable manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable using technology, social media and digital platforms

- Current Certificate of Registration and valid driver’s licence required
