We are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Administratorto support our busy operations team. Working closely with our Warehouse and Sales teams, you will play a key role in ensuring engines and components are moved efficiently across Australia while delivering exceptional service to our customers. This is a newly created, hands-on administration role that combines logistics coordination, customer support and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage dispatches and freight bookings nationwide.
- Manage inventory across 3PL and satellite warehouse locations.
- Liaise with freight providers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and returns.




- Support the Sales team with customer enquiries, quotations and order administration.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

About You

- Previous administration experience in a logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain environment (highly regarded).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
