This role gives you the chance to lead your own office, shape how it runs, and build towards Principal with the backing of a growing group.

An award-winning, growing accounting and advisory group with tax, accounting, wealth and lending divisions working closely together.

The Maida Vale office brings together two established practices the group has acquired. The role is open because the long-standing manager of 14 years is moving into a new career, leaving a loyal client base and a settled team ready for the next leader.

You will lead the Maida Vale office, managing the client portfolio and team, and working closely with the Managing Partner to keep the practice growing.

You will have a local team of an accountant, bookkeeper, consultant and receptionist, supported by an offshore processing team and your own dedicated offshore PA. Senior leaders also support you with supervision, so you are never on your own.

- Managing a portfolio of tax and accounting clients and being their main point of contact




- Leading and developing the local and offshore team
- Managing job flow, turnaround times and deadlines
- Reviewing work prepared by the team and offshore staff
- Working with the Managing Partner to set and achieve the office’s monthly budget
- Helping bring two practices together, including moving one onto Xero

- CA or CPA qualified
- 5+ years in public practice across tax and business services
- Experience managing a client portfolio and reviewing others’ work
- Confidence leading a team and building solid client relationships
- Solid Xero skills

- $120,000 to $130,000 plus super
- A clear pathway to Principal, with equity possible for the right person who proves themselves over 2 to 3 years
