Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 base salary, plus car allowance and superannuation

We develop, manufacture and supply creative Diagnostics, GYN Surgical, and Breast & Skeletal Solutions products that support healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat patients with greater certainty and precision.

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Queensland team. This full-time permanent role will be based on the road across Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast region, providing customer support through the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of Hologic medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain and repair Hologic medical equipment within the assigned territory




- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to customer service requests in a timely manner
- Conduct basic customer training on Hologic systems
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Partner with internal teams to support customer outcomes and share field insights
- Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, industry codes, ethical standards and company procedures

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

To be successful, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or another related technical discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing engineering, technical service, field service or similar role
- Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
