Ocado Group in Australia seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to own local payroll delivery on a fixed-term basis through July 2027, with a remote-first setup and optional in office training in Melbourne when needed.

You will manage end-to-end Australian payroll, interpret Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support the transition to a shared services model with external providers.
