The Role
We're looking for a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Structural Engineer with expertise in precast concrete to join our dynamic remote team. This is your prospect to make a significant impact on high-profile projects while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere.





Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
- Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation.
- Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to implementation.
- Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on precast
