Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing
- Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field




- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
- Solid analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing external partners, including agencies and vendors
