Group Accountant (2IC to the Group FC) | Brisbane CBD | $120K + Super

Newly created role, with interviews starting now. A well-established, reliable and growing business is adding a Group Accountant to work directly under the Group Financial Controller. You'll own financial and management accounting, step in as second-in-command, and spend real time with the leadership team and stakeholders rather than being backoffice.

The role

- Own financial and management accounting activities across the group
- Act as 2IC to the Group FC and cover when they're away
- Get involved in projects and process improvements, with a say in how the finance function evolves
- Work closely with senior leadership as the business expands

You'll suit this if you

- Are a qualified accountant with commercial experience, ready for your first 2IC seat
