The role

This isn't a "manage the agency and report on clicks" role. You'll own growth across our whole ecosystem: salons, retail, ecommerce, CRM and loyalty. You'll decide where every dollar works hardest and prove it in the results.

What you’ll drive

- Customer acquisition across paid search, Meta and beyond
- Ecommerce growth and conversion optimization
- CRM, loyalty and lifetime value
- Digital innovation , including testing, AI and automation
- Sharp partnerships with leading agencies and internal teams, holding everyone to measurable outcomes

You’re our person if you

- Have grown a consumer, retail, beauty or lifestyle brand, and can show the numbers
- Know performance marketing, ecommerce and customer journeys inside out
- Are commercially driven and customer obsessed
- Love rolling up your sleeves in a rapid-moving, hands-on team
