About Bravo Built
Bravo Built is a family-owned construction business based on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in custom concrete swimming pools and premium outdoor transformations. Since establishing the business in 2020, we’ve built our reputation on quality workmanship, attention to detail and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients from start to finish.
We’re a close-knit, growing team that takes pride in what we build and how we work together. From initial planning and approvals through to construction, landscaping and final handover, we deliver thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces that our clients can enjoy for years to come.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for quality people who share our commitment to high standards, clear communication and doing things properly. We value initiative, accountability and a practical, solutions-focused approach, and we’re passionate about creating a workplace where our team can take pride in their work and grow with the business.
With a strong pipeline of work and continued business growth, we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of our projects from signed contract through to completion and handover. This is a key position within the business. You’ll help ensure our projects, people, trades and clients receive the coordination and communication they need while allowing our directors to focus on growth, quoting and winning new work.
The role
Reporting directly to the directors, you’ll manage multiple construction projects across the Sunshine Coast (and occasionally North Brisbane). You’ll have flexibility to work remotely and manage your schedule autonomously, while regularly visiting sites to monitor progress, quality, safety and upcoming requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of projects from signed contract through to handover.
- Preparing and maintaining construction programs and site schedules.
- Coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers, materials and equipment.
- Ensuring trades have the information and access needed to complete their work.
- Monitoring project progress and resolving delays or issues proactively.
- Reviewing plans, engineering, specifications, selections and project documentation.
- Managing procurement, purchase orders, budgets and project variations.
- Maintaining accurate records within the company’s project management system.
- Providing regular project updates to the directors.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients throughout construction.
- Coordinating designers, engineers, certifiers and other consultants.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor workmanship, quality and progress.
- Ensuring projects comply with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
- Managing defects, completion requirements and the client handover process.
- Working with our digital and AI-assisted support systems to streamline records, communication and follow-ups.
- Helping improve project delivery systems as the business grows.
About you
You’ll be an experienced construction professional who takes ownership, communicates well and can keep multiple projects moving without needing constant supervision. To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
- Proven experience in construction project management or a closely related role.
- Strong practical knowledge gained through working on construction sites.
- Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
- The ability to read and interpret plans, engineering and specifications.
- Strong scheduling, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and experience monitoring project costs and variations.
- Confidence communicating with clients, trades and professional consultants.
- High standards for workmanship, presentation and client service.
- The ability to work remotely, autonomously and across multiple active sites.
- A current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
- Confidence using cloud-based systems and digital tools.
- Experience with construction project management software is desirable.
- Experience with pools, residential building or outdoor construction will be highly regarded.
A QBCC licence is not required ; proven construction experience and the ability to manage projects effectively are more important.
What we offer
- A salary of $120,000–$150,000 plus super , based on experience.
- Mobile phone and fuel card.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Genuine autonomy and ownership of your projects.
- Direct access to the company’s directors.
- A solid pipeline of varied residential work.
- Modern digital and AI-assisted project support.
- The opportunity to help shape systems and grow with the business.
- A long-term role within an ambitious Sunshine Coast company.
Start Date
Immediate start available for the right candidate. The position is currently vacant, and we’re ready to welcome someone who is the right fit for the role and our team.
