About the role

Working in this position, you’ll own the day-to-day marketing across both our brands, Hadar and Hadar Projects. You’ll also help shape where we take it next. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety and real ownership.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, with both a creative and a strategic side, and the ambition to grow with us. For the right person, we’re open to anywhere from 24 to 38 hours a week. The role is based at our head office in Wodonga.

What you’ll do

- Manage our social channels, from content creation to scheduling and growth
- Plan and coordinate photo and video shoots with key stakeholders
- Edit video content and create graphics




- Maintain our digital platforms, including our website and Google Business Profiles
- Run paid advertising and EDMs within budget
- Create and update collateral, signage and sales material
- Support the team with event coordination
- Contribute to brand strategy and track performance across channels

What you’ll bring

- A qualification in marketing or communications (preferred)
- Proven hands-on experience across both strategy and execution
- Strong skills in social media content and scheduling, plus Meta and Google Ads
- Creative flair, with some graphic design and video editing skills
- Confidence using Canva to create engaging marketing materials
- Clear writing and a positive eye for brand consistency
- Good organisation, time management and confidence coordinating multiple key stakeholders
- A current driver’s licence
- Marketing expertise from any industry; building or property experience is a bonus, but a fresh perspective is welcome
- An understanding of SEO and website optimisation would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
