We are seeking a highly capable, polished professional to take ownership of this space, working alongside an established patient concierge team.
THE ROLE
- Oversee and elevate the end-to-end patient journey, from enquiry through to aftercare
- Lead reception operations and clinic flow with precision and care
- Deliver a warm, refined and highly attentive front-of-house experience
- Support practice staff with pre-procedure care
- Perform clinical photography in line with clinic standards
- Conduct patient follow-up to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain an impeccable clinic environment and cleanliness at all times
- Manage bookings, billing and patient records with accuracy and discretion
ABOUT YOU
- Must be experienced within a medical, cosmetic or high-end service environment
- Polished, professional and confident in communication
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Attentive, empathetic and naturally service-driven - goes above and beyond
- Exceptional attention to the smallest details
- Delivers a level of care and service aligned with world-class luxury hospitality standards
- Confident in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
- Brings a critical mindset to improving systems, workflows and patient experience
