MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST POSITIONS

Exciting opportunities for experienced Medical Receptionists to join our growing medical practice across three Sydney locations.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing patient appointments using HotDoc
- Patient check-in and registration
- Medicare billing and claims processing
- Managing phone enquiries
- Maintaining waiting room presentation
- General administrative duties
- Assisting with patient inquiries
- Managing medical records
- Coordinating with medical staff

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous medical reception experience preferred
- Excellent computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills
- Qualified telephone manner
- Medicare/DVA billing knowledge
- Experience with medical software (training provided)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Robust attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
